In the Snagging phase, we’re right there with you or standing in for you if you can’t make it. We document everything, share our findings with the developer, and insist they rectify every snag. Once all the snags are sorted, the developer gives us the green light for handover.
But we don’t stop there! That’s when we start ‘Desnagging,’ which is our double-check to get everything up to scratch, so when you finally move in, you can do so with absolute assurance.
For Pre-loved Properties
In the case of older properties, we step in as your eyes and ears. We flag any threatening issue to the seller on behalf of the prospective buyer (that’s you!).
You can then request the seller to fix these issues or negotiate the price based on the severity of the problems we’ve found.
